Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on weekends or federal holidays. During periods of high demand, processing times may be extended. Customers will be notified of significant delays.

2. Shipping Locations

We ship to addresses within the United States only. If you require international shipping, please contact our support team before placing an order to confirm availability.

3. Shipping Methods and Estimated Delivery Times

Standard Shipping: 3 to 7 business days
Expedited Shipping: 1 to 3 business days (available at checkout)

Delivery timeframes are estimates and may vary based on carrier operations, destination, and other factors outside our control.

4. Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on destination, package weight, and selected shipping method. Free shipping promotions, when available, will be clearly noted at checkout.

5. Shipment Tracking

A shipment confirmation email with tracking information will be sent once your order ships. Tracking numbers may take up to 24 hours to activate in the carrier's system. Contact support if you do not receive tracking within three business days of your order being processed.

6. Delivery Delays

Delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather, or other circumstances outside our control. VSI Technologies, Inc. is not liable for delays caused by third-party carriers.

7. Incorrect or Incomplete Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses are not our responsibility. Reshipment due to address errors may incur additional charges.

8. Lost or Damaged Shipments

Report lost or damaged shipments to our support team within 48 hours of the expected or actual delivery date. Provide photographic evidence of damage where applicable. We will work with the carrier to investigate and resolve the issue.

9. Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may be subject to shipping restrictions based on destination or carrier regulations. We reserve the right to cancel or modify orders where shipment is restricted or prohibited.
