Standard Return Policy

We believe you will be satisfied with the products you purchase from VSI Apple Marketplace. If a product does not meet your expectations, you may return or exchange it with a receipt within 14 days of the date you receive the product.

The product must be in its original condition with all included parts, accessories, and packaging. Once inspected and approved, we will exchange the product or issue a refund based on the original payment method.

Please note:

• Apple products purchased through other retailers must be returned to those retailers according to their return policies.
• Products may only be returned in the country where originally purchased.
• For returns exceeding $750 paid in cash or cash equivalent, VSI may issue a refund check within 10 business days.
• Returns with a gift receipt will be refunded via VSI Marketplace Gift Card or store credit.
• Returns paid with account credit will be refunded to the original account or issued as store credit if necessary.
• Returned products are subject to inspection prior to approval.
• Products with activated security features (e.g., Activation Lock, Find My, device management profiles) must have those features disabled before return. VSI may refuse returns if such features cannot be removed.
• Bulk returns (10 or more of the same product) must be processed through the original point of purchase or via direct coordination with VSI account management.

AppleCare+ and Protection Plans

If you purchased AppleCare+ or a related protection plan through VSI Apple Marketplace and return the associated device, any linked upgrade or financing benefits may be voided in accordance with the applicable program terms.

Products with Wireless Services – Service Cancellation

Wireless carriers maintain independent service cancellation policies. Returning a product with wireless service does not automatically cancel your wireless account. You are responsible for managing your wireless agreement and any related fees. Please contact your carrier directly for assistance.

ZEISS Optical Inserts

ZEISS Optical Inserts – Prescription are custom third-party products and may not be eligible for in-store return. VSI Marketplace will facilitate returns within 14 days of receipt where permitted by ZEISS policy. Please contact VSI Marketplace Support for return instructions.

ZEISS Optical Inserts – Readers may be returned within 14 days of receipt, subject to inspection and approval.

Additional Apple Product Terms

The purchase and/or use of Apple products is subject to Apple's applicable software license agreements and hardware warranty terms, available at:

Unauthorized modifications to Apple software (including jailbreaking) may void applicable warranties and service eligibility.

Pricing and Price Adjustments

VSI Apple Marketplace reserves the right to change product pricing at any time and to correct pricing errors.

If a price reduction occurs on an Apple-branded product within 14 calendar days of your delivery date, you may contact VSI Marketplace Support within 14 days of the price change to request a refund or credit for the price difference. This excludes limited-time promotions, special event pricing, and clearance items. Price protection may be limited to 10 units of the same product and may require proof of purchase and possession.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. International payment methods may be subject to exchange rate fluctuations and additional banking fees.

Order Acceptance and Confirmation

VSI Apple Marketplace reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order at its discretion. Additional verification information may be required before order processing.

Order confirmation emails acknowledge receipt of your order but do not constitute final acceptance. If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Shipping & Delivery

Shipping timelines and delivery methods will be provided at the time of purchase. Delivery may be affected by circumstances beyond VSI's control once the shipment leaves the distribution facility.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to you upon delivery to you or your designated recipient. Title transfers at the time the carrier takes possession of the shipment.

If you experience delivery issues, please contact VSI Marketplace Support promptly.

In-Store Pickup (If Applicable)

Where available, VSI Apple Marketplace may offer in-store or designated pickup options. A government-issued photo ID and order confirmation may be required.

Orders not collected by the specified pickup date may be canceled. Certain products and payment methods may not qualify for third-party pickup.

Resale Restrictions

VSI Apple Marketplace sells products to end-user customers only and reserves the right to refuse or cancel orders suspected of resale activity.

U.S. Sales and Shipping Only

VSI Apple Marketplace accepts orders from U.S. billing addresses and ships within the United States unless otherwise specified. All purchases are subject to applicable U.S. export laws and regulations.

Product Availability and Limitations

Product availability may be limited due to demand or supply constraints. VSI reserves the right to limit quantities per customer and to cancel orders if inventory is unavailable. In such cases, a full refund will be issued.

Gift Cards

VSI Marketplace Gift Cards are non-returnable and subject to applicable terms and conditions.

Installment or Financing Programs

If applicable, installment purchases are subject to the terms and conditions of the financing provider selected at checkout.
