SMS Terms

These Opt-In Consent & Communications Authorization Terms ("Opt-In Terms") govern your consent to receive communications from VSI Technologies Inc. ("VSI," "Company," "we," "us," or "our").
By providing your contact information and affirmatively opting in (e.g., checking a box, clicking "Submit," replying YES, texting a keyword, signing electronically, or otherwise providing express consent), you agree to these Opt-In Terms, our Terms and Conditions of Use, Privacy Policy, and SMS Terms (if applicable).
1. Types of Communications Covered
By opting in, you authorize VSI to contact you via:
- SMS / text messages
- Phone calls
- Automated or prerecorded calls (where permitted by law)
- Push notifications
- In-app messages
- Marketplace notifications
Communications may include:
- Account notifications
- Security alerts
- Billing updates
- Service updates
- Product updates
- Support communications
- Renewal reminders
- Promotional or marketing messages (if separately consented where required)
2. Express Written Consent (SMS & Automated Calls)
If you provide a mobile phone number and opt in to receive text messages:
- You consent to receive automated marketing and non-marketing messages.
- Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- Message frequency may vary.
- Standard message and data rates may apply.
You represent that:
- You are the account holder or authorized user of the number provided.
- The number is accurate and current.
3. How to Opt Out
You may withdraw consent at any time:
For SMS
- Reply STOP to any message.
- You may receive a final confirmation message.
For Email
- Click the unsubscribe link in any marketing email.
For All Communications

Opting out of marketing messages does not affect transactional or service-related communications.
4. Consent Scope
Your consent:
- Applies to the specific contact information you provide.
- Remains valid until withdrawn.
- Covers communications from VSI and its authorized service providers acting on its behalf.
Consent does not transfer ownership rights to VSI and does not override applicable privacy laws.
5. Consent to Electronic Communications
By opting in, you consent to receive communications electronically rather than in paper form. You agree that electronic communications satisfy any legal requirement that communications be in writing.
6. Data Usage
Information collected in connection with your opt-in is governed by VSI's Privacy Policy. Data collected may include:
- Name
- Phone number
- Email address
- IP address
- Time and method of opt-in
- Message interaction history
This data may be retained for compliance documentation purposes.
7. Revocation of Consent
Revocation of consent:
- Does not affect prior lawful processing.
- Does not cancel existing service agreements.
- Does not prevent VSI from sending legally required notices.
8. No Guarantee of Delivery
VSI does not guarantee delivery of SMS messages, emails, or push notifications. Delivery may be affected by:
- Carrier filtering
- Spam controls
- Network outages
- User device settings
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, VSI shall not be liable for:
- Delayed or undelivered messages
- Carrier-related transmission issues
- Data charges incurred by you
- Indirect or consequential damages
Total liability related to communications shall not exceed US $100.
10. Changes to These Opt-In Terms
VSI may update these Opt-In Terms at any time. Continued participation in communications after updates constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
11. Governing Law
These Opt-In Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming.
